For best results, apply the Cement Remover using high-pressure sprayers to the bulkhead surfaces. Allow the chemical to penetrate and soften the cement residue for 15-30 minutes. Re-apply on heavily soiled areas. Finally, wash down the entire hold thoroughly with high-pressure water.
While formulated with inhibitors, it is a strong acidic cleaner. It is safe for most marine-grade paints and coatings for short-term contact, but it is always recommended to test on a small, inconspicuous area first. The surface should be rinsed with water immediately after cleaning.
Yes. For heavy buildup in cargo holds, using it undiluted is recommended. For lighter cleaning of deck splatter or equipment, it can be diluted with up to 5 parts water, depending on the severity of the contamination.
